By accessing or using the DORSAM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

DORSAM is a quantitative stock and ETF analysis platform that provides:

• Fundamental scoring engines (Snowflake, Piotroski F-Score, Altman Z-Score, DuPont, Graham)
• Valuation models (DCF, relative multiples)
• Risk simulation tools (Monte Carlo, drawdown analysis)
• Strategy backtesting and walk-forward validation
• Options analysis (Greeks, payoff diagrams)
• Portfolio health auditing
• ETF analysis (holdings, sector weights, performance benchmarking)
• Smart screener with customizable filters

All features are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

DORSAM relies on financial data provided by third-party sources including, but not limited to:

• Financial Modeling Prep (FMP)
• Yahoo Finance
• Public SEC filings and financial statements

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, analysis, score, or projection provided by the Service.

Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Financial statements may be restated. Market conditions change rapidly. You should independently verify all information before making any decision.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• DORSAM shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, investments, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• DORSAM is not responsible for any trading decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
• Past performance of any analysis, model, or strategy displayed on DORSAM does not guarantee future results.

Investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss. You should be aware that:

• Stock prices can decline significantly, and you may lose some or all of your investment.
• Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors.
• Past performance, backtesting results, and Monte Carlo simulations do not predict or guarantee future performance.
• Quantitative models and algorithms have inherent limitations and may produce misleading results under certain market conditions.
• The "scores" and "ratings" generated by DORSAM are algorithmic outputs, not expert opinions.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Subscription Plans and Billing

DORSAM offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free: Limited features, no payment required.
• Plus and Pro: Paid plans with expanded access, billed monthly or annually.
• Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the full year.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, scoring algorithms, design elements, and branding of the DORSAM platform are the intellectual property of DORSAM and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use bots to access the Service
• Redistribute data or analyses obtained from DORSAM for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring algorithms
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil.

For users outside Brazil, these Terms are also intended to comply with applicable consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DORSAM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
